1. How does
your touch system work?
Answer: Our Touch Screen
System has a built-in solid state operating
system. No spinning hard-drive or fan motor is
needed. A removable compact flash card act holds
programmed content.
2. How does
your advertising system work?
Answer: Our Advertising System
has a built-in media player. No DVD or CDRom is
needed to play content.
3. What is
the difference between your touch screen system
and your advertising system?
Answer: Our Touch Screen
System is fully interactive and
users can touch a programmed screen interface to
activate content. Our
Advertising System is very affordable and
content can be updated by the user. It is not a
touch screen. This is great for playing
scheduled advertising as it has a built-in
clock. It is much easier to change content and
can be controlled by a remote control.
4. How do I
load content on your touch screen system?
Answer: Content is programmed
on a removable compact flash card
5. How do I
load content on your advertising system?
Answer: Videos, Photos and/or
music can simply be dropped onto a removable
compact flash card.
6. Where can
I see your system in use?
Answer: We have installations
literally world-wide. Most US States have an
installation. Contact a sales representative to
help locate an installation near you....or you
can use our demo program.
7. How do I
update content on your touch screen system?
Answer: Simply change out the
compact flash card with new programmed content.
8. How do I
update content on your advertising system?
Answer: Simply change out the
compact flash card with new video, photos and/or
music.
9. How long
is your warranty?
Answer: Our standard warranty
is One Year.
10. What
happens if anything breaks?
Answer: Please contact us
right away. It might be something we can fix
over the phone. If not, we will either repair or
replace your system.
11. Can
I demo your system?
Answer: Yes. Please talk to a
sales representative for more details.
12. How
durable is your system?
Answer: We have a lot of
experience with systems in high use areas. Years
ago we used computer, CD-rom or DVD driven
systems. Our average customer uses our system on
average of 12 hours a day 6 to 7 days a week.
From our experience almost all computer, CD-rom
or DVD Driven units start to experience issues
in the beginning of the second year. In
contrast, our solid state systems typically last
without problems anywhere from 3 to 6 years in
heavy usage.
13. Can
I play my DVD on your system?
Answer: Not directly. We can
transfer your content to make it playable on any
of our systems.
14. How
do I transfer my content (videos and/or photos)
to your system?
Answer: We can do if for you
at a very affordable cost, or if you have the
knowledge, we can give you the proper settings
and format to render your content (i.e. MPEG2
Video)
15. I
don’t know anything about technology….can you
help?
Answer: Absolutely, and we
won't make it costly or complicated.
16. We
are very knowledgeable about technology, why
should we use you?
Answer: We have proven systems
with hardware and software support for
reliability with commercial grade components.
It's no problem if you simply want to purchase
hardware from us.
17. We
don’t have any content, how can you help?
Answer: We have on-staff
graphic design and film editing. If you can give
us a logo, and written information and photos if
available we can make a very impressive video at
an affordable cost.
18. We
have lots of content, how can you help?
Answer: Yes.....we can produce
a great video presentation with your content!
19. We
have a limited budget, how expensive will a
total solution cost us?
Answer: We have total
solutions that can go as low as $300 to $500
depending on the screen size and content.
20. We
aren’t near your location, how can we work with
you?
Answer: No problem. We can
exchange content and information with our ftp
site and email.
21. We
are under a time constraint, how fast can we get
a system solution?
Answer: We have many solutions
in stock ready to ship.

We want a different screen size than you stock,
what do we need to do?
Answer: Please contact
a sales representative to check availability and
cost.
23. How large of a compact flash card will
we need?
Answer: For our
Advertising Displays a 512mb card usually works
and 1gb to 2gb cards for our Touch Screen
Systems.
